  Did comprehensive online new patient application, all my medication etc. Accepted application came up. 12 days later I telephoned and asked was I now registered, and told we don't do those sort of applications, I persisted, and then told, "oh yes we do now". So am I registered? No, you have to bring in evidence of where you live and photographic evidence of who you are. I did this immediately, am I registered now, no, we have to get your records, this one of the same ACE run surgeries, rang 5 different days, still not registered, when my repeat prescription was imminent, I rang and was told, OK come in I will put you on the system, this was 24 days on. The Consultation was a disaster, treated like a drug addict. I am 86. I immediately made transfer to a non ACE run Surgery the same day, took hours, not weeks and many phone calls.
