  I came across this practice when I had excruciating toothache recently - the worst ever - and this was the only dentist in the area who would see me as an emergency - forget my own dentist! "Ring 111" (as usual) which was pointless as they couldn't find one to see me either - laughable, although I can't fault their attempts to help. Anyway, I saw a Polish gentleman, Mr Wojarski, at Mydentist who said I had decay under an existing crown requiring root canal treatment which he would carry out. I am still, after many years of visiting the dentist, a nervous patient, but his kind of reassuring brushing off of my fear of it hurting did the trick absolutely and the whole experience in the chair was painless. The piece de resistance though was that when I thought, during one of the long-winded crown treatment appointments, that I would have an impression of the tooth taken and it sent to the lab etc etc, he actually, most impressively, made the crown on the premises which I've never come across before and a fine white crown it was rather than my previous gold number. Very comfortable so far. This patient is mightily impressed with Mydentist, particularly the dentist I saw, obviously, and heartily recommends them. They are, in fact, my dentist now.

  My dentist, his assistant and the desk staff are brilliant. Fast and gentle dentistry! My only concern is for the welfare of the staff having to work such long hours (12 a day, often) in small surgeries, mostly with no window, or no window which opens and no natural light. This can't be acceptable?
